3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one dandy895 account. Opening multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. All accounts operated by the same individual will be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.5 KYC Verification. dandy895 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any point. For Pakistan players, the standard verification document is a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in account restrictions.

4.1 Your dandy895 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

4.4 dandy895 accounts do not accrue interest on balances held on the platform. Funds held in your dandy895 account are held on trust for you and are not invested or otherwise used by dandy895 during the period they are held.

5.1 The minimum first deposit at dandy895 is 500 PKR. Subsequent deposits have a minimum of 200 PKR, subject to the minimums of the specific payment method used.

5.2 dandy895 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Allied Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Meezan Bank. dandy895 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

5.3 Deposits must be funded from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and match the identity on your dandy895 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, subject to deduction of any applicable transfer fees.

5.4 dandy895 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility and are beyond dandy895's control.

5.5 dandy895 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits. This may require you to provide documentation regarding the source of funds. Failure to provide such documentation may result in deposit reversal or account restriction.

6.1 The minimum withdrawal from a dandy895 account is 500 PKR. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts; however, dandy895 reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures to unusually large withdrawal requests.

6.2 Withdrawals are processed to your registered Pakistan payment method — Allied Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another verified method — within 2–6 business hours during dandy895 processing windows. dandy895 processes withdrawal queues three times daily on business days.

6.3 dandy895 does not charge withdrawal fees on supported Pakistan payment methods. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet are your own responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawals will be declined or delayed where: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there are unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds included in your withdrawal request; (c) a responsible gaming restriction is in effect; or (d) dandy895 has reasonable grounds to suspect a fraudulent transaction.

6.5 Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The dandy895 platform will clearly indicate which portion of your balance is withdrawable at any given time.

7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by dandy895 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms prevail over any general bonus provisions in this section.

7.2 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (not the deposit) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

7.3 dandy895 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in circumstances where dandy895 reasonably believes the promotion has been abused or exploited contrary to its intended purpose.

7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or withdrawing following only low-risk play to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

7.5 dandy895 Welcome Bonus eligibility is limited to one per player, per household, and per payment instrument. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus under a different account — including a closed account — are not eligible to claim it again.

8.1 All games available on dandy895 are sourced from certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified. Certification bodies include iTech Labs, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and BMM Testlabs.

8.2 Individual game rules are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. The following activities are strictly prohibited on dandy895 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one dandy895 account or assisting another person to register an account in your name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to dandy895 support.
• Using dandy895 for any form of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Systematic wagering strategies designed to abuse bonus terms rather than to gamble for entertainment.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or decompile any part of the dandy895 software or platform.

10.1 dandy895 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) dandy895 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) dandy895 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the account holder has requested self-exclusion under dandy895's Responsible Gaming Policy.

10.2 You may close your dandy895 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 dandy895 will retain account records in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable regulations, even following account closure.

11.1 dandy895 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While dandy895 uses reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, dandy895 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dandy895 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the dandy895 platform.

11.3 dandy895's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your dandy895 account at the time the claim arose.

15.4 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction with respect to consumer protection.
